  • My Address Was Incorrect
    It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. Please make sure to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee all requests to update shipping address will be received. If your order was shipped to a wrong and/or invalid address, we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned. The Customer is responsible for replacement and re-shipment costs.
  • How long will it take for my products to arrive?
    For buyers within the United States of America: five (5) to ten (10) business days. For buyers outside of the United States of America: please allow ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days.
  • My Product Arrived Damaged?
    Please send us an email immediately the moment you received your damaged product. Please have your shipping information and photos of your damaged products ready.
